A private space for the team
Share cases inside the practice, discuss them with the doctors and hygienists who were in the room, and keep the history when people come and go.
The practice handbook
Start your policies, SOPs and compliance documents from templates instead of a blank page. Assign them to the team and see who has read and acknowledged each one.
Seats that follow your team
Add or remove seats as people join or leave. When someone leaves, their seat frees up and they keep their own account on Free.
One bill, in the practice name
The practice pays, so the expense sits where it belongs. Many practices treat it as ordinary business software; ask your CPA.
